1st & 2nd Shift Production Associate/Assemblers | DIRECT PLACEMENT

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble radiators and copper coil systems using blueprints and work orders
- Measure, cut, and build components to exact specifications
- Use hand tools, drills, and measuring equipment daily
- Install screws and brackets for metal components
- Maintain production timelines and quality standards
- Communicate equipment or process issues to leadership
- Participate in 5S organization and cleanliness initiatives
- Follow all safety and company procedures
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of mechanical assembly experience
- Ability to read blueprints and use tape measures accurately
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Ability to stand for 8–10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills
- Understanding of PPE requirements (steel-toe boots, eye/ear protection)
