Production Associate - Chaska, MN

*Job Summary: Join a growing manufacturing team assembling radiators and radiator coils used in copper piping systems. This hands-on role involves reading blueprints, measuring materials, using hand and power tools, and building quality products in a clean, modern facility.
-Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble radiators and radiator coils from blueprints and work orders
- Read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Measure, cut, and assemble components using hand and power tools
- Use drills and fasteners to secure parts and assemblies
- Perform quality inspections and verify measurements
- Operate basic production and fabrication equipment
- Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized work area through 5S practices
-Qualifications:
- 6+ months of mechanical assembly, manufacturing, construction, or related experience
- Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure accurately
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
-Other Related Experience:
- Auto mechanic, HVAC, fabrication, or construction experience
- Metal fabrication or metal stamping experience
- Quality inspection experience
- Experience with brazing or mechanical assembly

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $47153.00 - $47153.60/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
