Job Description
We are seeking multiple skilled and detail-oriented form carpenters with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in State College, PA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing and assembling concrete form systems, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring precision and quality in all tasks. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and adherence to safety protocols on construction sites.
Responsibilities
- Construct and assemble form systems with precision and efficiency.
- Ensure safety and quality control for assigned tasks.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to health and safety standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints to execute formwork designs accurately.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 60 pounds and working in various weather conditions.
- Experience within the construction industry for at least 1 year.
- Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation.
- Must have their own tools.
- Good math skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and work in diverse weather conditions.
- 1-3 years of form carpentry experience (preferred).
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Safety-first mindset and adherence to protective equipment guidelines.
- Reliable transportation and proper protective clothing such as steel-toe boots.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Altoona, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
