We are seeking an experience Metal Fabricator with TIG welding abilities to support the production of high-quality industrial equipment and components.
Shift/Pay: 5 Days a week
7:00AM - 3:30PM @ Monday-Friday

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Metal Finisher / Fabricator to support the production of custom industrial and commercial equipment. This role involves fabricating, preparing, and finishing metal components to meet engineering specifications and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate and assemble metal components using basic shop equipment and hand tools.
- Grind, sand, deburr, and polish finished parts to meet required surface finish standards.
- Remove weld splatter, sharp edges, and imperfections from fabricated products.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to complete jobs accurately.
- Assist with fitting and prep work for welding and final assembly.
- Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications.
- Operate common fabrication tools such as grinders, sanders, and polishing equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following all safety protocols.
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in metal finishing, fabrication, or similar manufacturing role.
- Experience working with stainless steel, sheet metal, or light gauge materials preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings.
- Familiarity with grinders, polishers, and other finishing tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with metal finishing techniques such as grinding, polishing, and deburring.

Work Environment
Work in a fabrication shop setting from Monday to Friday, 7am to 3:30pm. The environment is fast-paced and requires adherence to safety protocols to ensure a productive work atmosphere.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Philadelphia, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
