Job Description
The Inbound Sales Representative converts inbound leads into active delivery partners by conducting consultative sales conversations, guiding prospects through the onboarding process, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. This role focuses on qualifying prospective partners, presenting program value clearly, and consistently meeting or exceeding defined sales and activation targets.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound leads from prospective delivery partners and qualify them based on defined criteria.
- Conduct consultative sales calls to understand partner needs, pain points, and business objectives.
- Clearly present the value proposition, features, and benefits of the delivery program to prospective partners.
- Guide qualified partners through each step of the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and timely transition into the program.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, lead status, and progress in CRM systems.
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while handling multiple leads simultaneously.
- Meet or exceed monthly key performance indicators, including call volume, conversion rates, and partner activation goals.
- Provide regular feedback to leadership on lead quality, market trends, and customer insights to help refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales processes, onboarding workflows, and partner experience.
- Demonstrate a customer-first mindset in every interaction to build trust and long-term relationships.
- At least 2+ years of inside sales or business development experience, handling both inbound and outbound calls.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or account management in a phone-based or virtual environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a clear, professional phone presence.
- Customer service–oriented approach with a demonstrated customer-first mindset.
- Ability to make and manage a high volume of calls while organizing and prioritizing multiple leads.
- Experience using CRM tools to track leads, activities, and pipeline progress.
- Comfort working independently as a self-starter while also contributing effectively within a team.
- Ability to meet or exceed defined KPIs such as call volume, conversion rates, and activation goals.
- Experience in logistics, retail, or technology industries is preferred.
- Salesforce experience is preferred and considered a strong asset.
- Familiarity with sales enablement platforms and inside sales support tools.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when updating CRM records and documenting interactions.
- Ability to analyze lead quality and share insights on market trends and customer needs.
This is a project-based contract role with eligibility for two weeks of paid time off after a successful six-month performance review, with no tenure limit. The position follows a Monday through Friday schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST. The role operates in a hybrid model, requiring in-office presence 1–2 days per week in Austin, while allowing remote work on other days. You will work primarily in a professional office and virtual environment using CRM systems such as Salesforce and other sales enablement platforms to manage leads, calls, and partner onboarding activities.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.50 - $29.00/hr.
