Key Responsibilities
Assemblers:
- Assemble products and components according to instructions and specifications
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Meet daily production goals
Material Handlers:
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse or production floor
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)
- Track and organize inventory accurately
- Prepare materials for production or shipment
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, assembly, or material handling experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic understanding of safety procedures
- Team player with good communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with hand tools or production equipment
- Forklift certification (a plus)
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
