Overview:The Desktop Support Specialist is responsible for delivering high‑quality technical support to end users across the organization. This role ensures that all workforce technology—including computers, peripherals, mobile devices, and related hardware/software—is fully functional, secure, and aligned with company standards. Overview:The Lab Desktop Support Specialist provides technical support for end users working in lab and research environments. This role ensures reliable operation of desktops, laptops, lab instruments, specialized software, and supporting infrastructure.
