This role focuses on validating how customer accounts were established, confirming equipment and account data accuracy, and ensuring billing reflects contractual agreements. The associate will investigate account details, identify discrepancies, and coordinate resolutions before confirming closure with customers. Communication is primarily handled via email, with limited phone interaction once coordination is complete.
