Job Summary The Survey Crew Chief is required to perform various types of surveys which include, but are not limited to boundary, topographic, existing conditions, right-of-way, transmission line, subsurface utility engineering and construction layout. The Survey Crew Chief reports directly to the Operations Supervisor Job Responsibilities <ul><li>Conduct various types of surveys which include, boundary, topographic, existing conditions, right-of-way, transmission line, subsurface utility engineering and construction layout.</li><li>Oversee, under Survey Manager/Operations Supervisor direction the work of venders/contractors performing land surveying services for the company/department.</li><li>Lead manange and direct crew consisting of represented survey assistants and contractors performing land surveying services.</li><li>Ensure all safety measures and precautions are in place and observed for assigned personnel and equipment. </li><li>Develop and execute a plan to complete surveying projects on time and within budget while exercising discretion regarding proper surveying procedures for the task assigned.</li><li>Ensure field conditions are clearly documented through the use of concise notes, sketches supplemented with photographs and daily log. Job Summary Responsible for providing supervisory oversight for Turbine/Generator Services support personnel in performance of their duties, including technical support to craft and line supervision for Turbine/Generator Services work. The main responsibilities of the group include turbine floor coordination during outages, field technical direction, preparation, performance and revision of maintenance and operating procedures, system troubleshooting and coordination of contractors, as appropriate. Job Responsibilities <ul><li>Provide supervisory oversight of craft personnel during outages and online projects including technical support to craft for turbine generator services work and turbine floor coordination for all work groups, managing the work packages and schedule for outage mobilization thru outage execution and then demobilization. The same process and preparation is also performed for the online work scope.</li><li>Assist in the annual budget development and work planning processes, including planning for continuous improvement in processes and tooling.
