Medical Assembler

What You’ll Do:
- Assemble small, high-precision medical devices (catheters) under a microscope
- Work with PCBA components, sub-assemblies, and small hand tools
- Perform visual inspections to ensure quality and accuracy
- Support R&D builds including braiding, bonding, reflow, and liner work
- Complete documentation and assist with final packaging
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3+ years of medical device or catheter assembly experience
- Comfortable working under a microscope for extended periods
- Experience in cleanroom, inspection, and small-part assembly
- Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production goals

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brooklyn Park, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
