- Familiarity with AutoCAD or other design software
Preferred:
- B.S. in Civil Engineering (Structural focus)
- PE license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience with seismic design and nuclear codes
Why You’ll Love This Role
High-Impact Projects: Work on major nuclear and power generation initiatives across the Midwest and Canada
Career Growth: Join a company where engineers build long-term careers (many 20–40+ years!)
Strong Team Environment: Collaborate with a mix of experienced leaders and rising engineers
Stability + Innovation: Backed by 100+ years of success with a pipeline of new work
Flexibility: Hybrid or fully remote work options
Expansion Opportunity: Be part of a growing team supporting major project wins
Project Exposure
You’ll contribute to exciting, technically challenging projects such as:
- Conventional Power Generation (simple cycle plants, large rotating equipment)
- Emission Control Systems (ductwork, industrial upgrades)
- Heavy Industrial Infrastructure (deep foundations, structural steel design)
