Senior Accountant | Hybrid | Growth-Focused Environment

We’re partnering with a growing organization seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team and play a key role in financial reporting and month-end operations.
This is a high-impact role offering exposure to complex accounting areas, including intercompany transactions, foreign currency, and multi-entity reporting.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual journal entries
- Perform and analyze general ledger reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Manage foreign currency transactions and translation entries
- Handle intercompany and related-party transactions, including eliminations and investments
- Support month-end close activities, including cash, AR, accruals, and prepaid entries
- Assist with financial reporting packages, audit support, and variance analysis
- Contribute to process improvements and special projects
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and SOX requirements
- Maintain and enhance accounting policies and procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)
- 4+ years of public accounting experience (audit focus required)
- Strong foundation in GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience with ERP systems (JDE and OneStream strongly preferred)
- Proven experience with month-end close and GL ownership
- Exposure to multi-entity and intercompany accounting
- Advanced Excel skills and strong technical aptitude
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with a high level of professionalism and discretion
