🚨 Urgent Hire: Customer Service Representative

 

Location: Harrisburg, PA

Pay Rate: $19/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shifts (hours provided by OPM)

Benefits: Holiday Pay + PTO Accrual WFH

Opportunity: Eligible to apply after 90 days on assignment

 

Role Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from customers regarding account information and services
  • Assist potential customers with applications and process payments via phone
  • Document customer concerns, update account details, and perform data entry
  • Handle account maintenance including changes, adjustments, and statement requests
  • Explain terms, conditions, and policies clearly to customers
  • Prepare daily activity and cash-out reports
  • Proactively address customer requests with professionalism

Must Haves:

  1. Proficient data entry and computer literacy
  2. Positive demeanor and strong communication skills
  3. Customer service experience (call center preferred, not required)
  4. Strong attendance record
  5. Reliable transportation or ability to commute via bus route
  6. High School Diploma or GED (proof required for onboarding)

This is a Contract position based out of Harrisburg, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
