Description Power Plant Subject Matter Expert - Denver, CO or Framingham, MA Leidos Engineering has an opportunity for a Power Plant Electrical Engineer Subject Matter Expert with primary responsibility being a working knowledge about the electrical design, construction, operation and maintenance, and interconnection of power generation facilities, as well as related contractual agreements. Production Technician

Description Leidos is seeking a qualified Production Technician for its Hypersonic line of business. With offices across the United States engaging in the defense, space, cyber and commercial fields, Leidos provides responsive, cost-effective engineering, scientific and IT solutions. Primary Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for assembly and production of Hypersonic Glide Bodies (HGB). This position will perform electrical and mechanical assembly, integration and test across all stages of production. The candidate will be working as part of the technician team whose work will include assembly and test of electronic/avionic components, hypersonic flight vehicles, sub-system testing troubleshooting and mechanical component assembly. Production will occur in work cells using efficient processes and product flows. Work will be conducted in an integration/production facility along with a laboratory environment. Program Quality Analyst

Description ***Must have an active DOD Top Secret or active DOE Q clearance. Active, meaning the individual granted a clearance is briefed and currently occupies a position for which the clearance is required.*** Leidos is hiring a Program Risk Manager to support the Weapons Modernization Program. This individual will be responsible for providing technical and programmatic risk (threat and opportunity) management support and subject matter expertise in the identification and management of program risks for the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA). This individual will serve as the primary interface between the Federal Program Office (FPO) and the NNSA national labs and weapons production facilities, for managing the risk program. This includes responsibility for performing qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques and providing recommendations on risk handling strategies. The work performed is extensive in scope and preference is for an experienced individual with demonstrated NNSA risk management expertise or an individual with a technical or programmatic risk management background with a willingness and aptitude to learn in a fast paced environment. The individual must be self-starting, possess the ability to work in a highly dynamic environment, and have an ability to interface with a broad range of federal and military senior staff and leadership. This requires coordinating with Federal Program Directors and Engineers, Program Managers and Risk Engineers at the NNSA national labs and weapons production facilities, and other DOD partners to draft discrete and cogent risks to inform stakeholder technical and programmatic decisions. The individual must understand and explain the technical and programmatic drivers for program risk. This full-time contractor-support position is located on-site at the NNSA offices in Albuquerque, NM. Location: This position is at the customer site in Albuquerque, NM Roles/responsibilities include:<ul><li>Serves as the primary interface between Federal Program Office and the DP budgeting system.</li><li>Compiles programmatic monthly, quarterly, and end-of-year project reports for use by Project Lead Engineers.</li><li>Analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on budgetary issues.</li><li>Manages annual, quarterly and other periodic reporting requirements, including program reviews, providing programmatic input, and coordinating NNSA site meetings associated with program deliverables.</li><li>Keeps records on status of portfolio and program budget changes, including allocation/reallocation, expenditures, comparison of earned value management system information to identify issues and suggest corrective action.</li><li>Serves as primary interface between the Modernization Programs Portfolio and the Office of Stockpile Management on budget narratives, budget presentations, SSMP (Stockpile Stewardship and Management Plan) drafts, and other budgetary policy issues.</li><li>For the Federal Program Manager, analyzes, reports on results, and tracks action items on technical projects undertaken by the national security laboratories and nuclear weapon production facilities in nuclear weapon component development.</li><li>Advises Federal Program Manager in methods for meeting requirements associated with current and future fiscal year planning and assist in developing consistent methods and approaches for use by Federal and contractor budget support staff members.</li><li>Prepares program cost and budget documentation over several budget fiscal years, including the development of complex spreadsheets, development of program planning and budget briefings, and draft preparation of work authorizations and approved funding program documentation.</li><li>Provides program management support in the preparation, coordination, evaluation, review and analysis of program execution plans and tracking, monitoring, and reporting of program-specific milestones and updates of annual performance measures.</li><li>Analyzes, formats and presents justifications to senior Federal management and external organizations, such as Congress and the Office of Management and Budget.</li><li>Clearly and concisely conveys analysis results to all levels of Federal management in support of programmatic decisions.</li><li>As internal processes mature, creates and maintains database of codified and formalized procedures for the program office budget and financial activities.</li><li>Develop budget and program information in excel, budget database etc., and extract that information as necessary for budgets, briefings, reports, etc.</li></ul>Required Education, Experience & Clearance:<ul><li>An active DOE Q clearance or active DOD Top Secret clearance, with recent investigation</li><li>Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience or a Master's degree with 6+ years experience. Description Leidos Health & Services Sector is seeking a Programmer/Analyst to support the Department of Defense's personnel testing and assessment mission. The Programmer/Analyst supports software development, testing, and maintenance of research and assessment systems, including computer-adaptive testing environments. **This job posting is in anticipation of future work** The contract provides comprehensive scientific, analytic, and operational support to the DoD for the development, administration, evaluation, and continuous improvement of its personnel testing and assessment programs.
