Summary Description of Position:

Maintains positive working relationships with plant, area and regional operations management and personnel. Primary responsibility is for area installations, migrations and performance of IT Infrastructure technology in the business offices, plant and operational environments. Education, Experience, Skills Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, telephony, electronics or equivalent

networking environment. Ability to apply knowledge of Wireless, Network Wiring,

Summary Description of Position:

Maintains positive working relationships with plant, area and regional operations management and personnel. Primary responsibility is for area installations, migrations and performance of IT Infrastructure technology in the business offices, plant and operational environments. Requires the maintenance of technology spare parts/equipment inventory to provide remote technology support. Requires 40-70 percent travel with a combination of local and long distance travel.

Education, Experience, Skills Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, telephony, electronics or equivalent 
Experience required. Requires a minimum of five years experience in computer support,
telephony installations, infrastructure design and installation, carrier services, or
networking environment. Ability to apply knowledge of Wireless, Network Wiring,
LAN/WAN Networking, grounding and electrical principles, Terminals, PC’s, Printers,

Job Description<ul><li>The CSR's will make outbound calls related to hail damaged automobiles. </li><li>They will work in a high volume call center environment making and taking 100 -110 inbound calls from insurance members with damaged automobiles.</li><li>These calls will last 3-5 mins each. The purpose of the call is to contact an insurance member and help them with their hail claim. </li><li>These CSR's will schedule an estimate for damage with an adjustor and walk the claimant through the process to get their automobile repaired timely. They will explain the program from estimate, repair scheduling, auto repairs, rental car, etc. </li><li>Not only will calls me made and received but they will also answer questions via website-chat as well.</li><li>The client is traditionally busy March-August. This is when their call volume is the highest.</li><li>The Repair Support Specialist opening will be on the phone some with insurance claimants but more responsible for scheduling work repairs with the auto technicians. They will update the repair database, schedule appointments with technicians at auto body shops for customers, schedule tow trucks, rental cars, and body shops. Inbound Call Center Representative

Description
					• Manage a large amount of Inbound calls, in a timely matter, while delivering great customer service.
• Assist scheduling customers with appointments for Airbag recalls and provide dealership information.
• Handle 30-40 Inbound calls per shift and support with questions on recalls, warranties, troubleshooting malfunctioning radio codes
• Capture concerns of the customer and properly document calls to create a case.
• Provide accurate information to customers, close cases and/or dispatch to the proper department for additional assistance.
• Work fluidly with team for clear feedback and growth opportunities.
• Handled high-volume inbound settlement calls, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
• Provided detailed claim information and support to customers, maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
• Demonstrated technical proficiency in using call center software and tools to manage customer interactions and data.
• Consistently met or exceeded performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and claim resolution rates
• Will use multiple screens, soft wares, and processes to assist customer.
