Wifi/Wireless Engineer

Description
					With the increased demand of Grid Modernization efforts (Distribution Automation, Smart Meter Infrastructure, etc) there is a consistent need to upgrade Utility networks with redundancy, resiliency, and capacity. Exelon is looking for an experienced wireless engineer to support various projects with increase in workload and overall initiatives across their UCOMM division. They currently have multiple large scale projects going on that include PLTE, Microwave Upgrades, LMR expansions, etc. All of these initiatives are stretching internal teams to be cross utilized and they need a dedicated resource to support smaller projects that are OPCO specific or aligned to one of the larger projects. 

Day to day can vary based on the candidate and where their skill set falls, but ideally this resource will be supporting MESH/Microwave equipment across the deployment lifecycle. They will work hand and hand with lead engineers and various vendors to provide guidance of best practices related to Design, Backhaul, Site Surveys, BOMs, Quality Control, Documentation, etc. This role will be a mixture of execution by the individual resource as well as coordinating with cross functional teams (IE: PMO, OPCO Engineers, OEM vendors, etc) to drive projects along. 

Multiple different projects this resource can be cross utilized on and will vary based on their experience/specialty. This will be focused on RAN support.

This resource will work in a hybrid capacity with current state being Monday/Friday remote and Tuesday-Thursday in office/field. Address states MOB, but there is flexibility on what office the resource reports too. Ideally will sit in the PECO market, but open to surrounding OPCOs as well.

Workers Compensation/Denial Follow Up

<h2>Insurance Billing &amp; Follow-Up Specialist II – Workers’ Compensation</h2>Contract Length: 6–9 Months (Potential Extension)Location: 100% RemotePreferred Locations: Iowa, Illinois, Wisconsin Open to: Midwest-based candidates<h3> </h3><h3>Position Overview</h3>We are seeking an experienced Insurance Billing &amp; Follow-Up Specialist II to support a Workers’ Compensation automation initiative within the Business Office. This is a remote, contract role with an initial duration of 6–9 months, with the possibility of extension based on business needs.The ideal candidate will have a Workers’ Compensation background with a strong focus on denial follow-up and Epic experience. This role requires in-depth knowledge of billing, follow-up, and revenue cycle workflows, along with the ability to navigate complex claim scenarios across multiple systems and payer types.<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Perform end-to-end billing and follow-up functions to ensure timely and accurate claim resolution</li><li>Investigate delayed, denied, rejected, pending, or unpaid claims to maximize reimbursement</li><li>Resolve billing errors and system edits, including Stop Bills and “Do Not Bills (DNBs)”</li><li>Ensure all claims are transmitted daily with complete and accurate documentation</li><li>Verify insurance eligibility and claims status for unpaid accounts</li><li>Review payment denials and discrepancies and take appropriate corrective action</li><li>Submit replacement, cancellation, and appeal claims to third-party payers</li><li>Perform charge corrections to ensure accurate billing of services</li><li>Contact patients as needed to obtain required information for claim processing</li><li>Work assigned account queues in adherence with departmental guidelines and productivity standards</li><li>Collaborate directly with third-party payers and internal teams to resolve claims efficiently</li></ul><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><ul><li>High School diploma or equivalent</li><li>Workers’ Compensation experience with denial follow-up (required)</li><li>Epic experience (required)</li><li>Strong understanding of revenue cycle processes and claim workflows</li><li>Experience working with payer platforms and insurance portals</li><li>Ability to analyze data from multiple systems to support decision-making</li><li>Reliable, dedicated work-from-home environment</li><li>Medical billing experience</li><li>Previous commercial billing experience</li></ul>Job Type &amp; LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.50/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
